Running to a quite tight deadline to re-home my mother, from the initial meeting with Freya at the property, to the day of moving her in, the service provided was excellent. Initially impressed by the team in Stratford. They were efficient and responsive throughout the letting process. Our property was advertised for less than a day before finding multiple applicants to choose from. That said, both tenants and landlords were mislead by inaccurate communication from Bennetts. Hopeful that these hiccups could be overcome by the landlord and tenant working together I continued into a tenancy relationship.
