I found Phoebe to be very pro active when advertising our rental property and meeting potential new tenants . Daily calls and emails were used to keep us informed . Chloe and Phoebe ensured our property was left in original condition when the previous tenant left after 2 years . Checkouts , electrical tests and requirements for rental property were all organised by Phoebe which was very helpful . 5 star service for our Leam Terrace property .
