The staff are absolutely fabulous. Caring, knowledgeable, so patient. If you have a loved one with dementia don’t hesitate. I’m very grateful for their care and compassion.
Do not send someone you love there, absolutely terrible and should be shut down. My grandma went in their first 2 weeks respite to recover from breaking her hip. She was ringing us the family at least 10 times a day to ring the home because she was being ignored and left in her bedroom with no finger buzzer? ended up hospitalized with a chest infection and a grade 4 bed sore on her bum that's going to need surgery. Terrible terrible care
Shocking care for my mother in law leading to hospitalisation. Twice they have been investigated because of this but both times convinced social services they could care for her needs- until the third time where she is fighting for her life in hospital and we receive a call to say if she gets better they do not want her back as they can't care for her needs!!! The manager due to personal circumstances lacks complete empathy for the residents and should NOT be in charge of this home!!! We are taking this as far as we can and ... read more
