Physiotherapy - I met Pam and her lovely student today, I was scared and worried what to expect how how it will be as I had lots of bad experiences (birmingham good hope, without any hope). I am autistic and I do have ADHD. I am absolutely shocked how professional, kind and absolutely amazing they both were! After a long wait due to NHS system I visited this centre to see Tiage physio section. Lyndsey the lady I saw restored my faith in the NHS as she took time to go through xrays and scans and explain in detail what she saw as being a possible reason for my problems. Lyndsey showed empathy and caring and confirmed the next steps to be taken I felt listened to and also felt that I had a better understanding of the situation..
