Worst experience so far. I’ve been living here for almost a month, received the apartment in a bad condition, not all the furniture was installed (including a bed in one of the bedrooms,) the flat was dirty, the bathrooms specifically were in a really bad state. We’ve been without any water supply for the past 8 hours (apparently water doesn’t work only on the 7th and 8th floors) their only solution was to participate in a “royal flush” which didn’t work, and now we’re left with no water to use on our bathrooms, or our kitch... read more
Resident team and our in house concierge are always friendly. Also the maintenance and the cleaning team are doing a terrific job in keeping the place looking top notch.
I live living in Montana. The concierge and resident team are always super helpful. Keep up the good work guys.
