Great building with good location and facilities within and nearby. Amazing reception and management staff. Very attentive to your queries and quick to action even if resolution may take some time due to unavoidable bureaucracy. Maria and Bolaji have always gone above and beyond to address mine or general building issues. Very friendly and personable, yet extremely professional. 3yrs plus here and very satisfied

Dear Naomi and Maria, thanks for coming up and catching the noise in my flat what I heard every day and night in multiple times. I also thank you for your commitment to resolve this issue for me. If it is the facility/bins processing/tubes/pipes problem which cause this noise, I hope the professional team has a solution. Otherwise I am looking for an alternative solution on this instead of barring the 24h noise because of the default of the flat. Kind regards,
