I’ve been living at Canada Gardens for over three years, and I can only say great things about it! I’m incredibly grateful to call this place home. Just said about the living experience ,it is nice. However, I am very disappointed after u moved out. I cleaned the apt with professional tendency move out cleaning. Just not using their suggested company , and they charge me another £2xx I asked a couple times for the move in tendency checklist, but the residents haven’t sent anything. It is their responsibility ! When I moved out they charge me another fee for damage and re- decoration without any notice. I will say the backend service was horrible.
