The New management team at Beton is absolutely Pathetic to say the least. i have been following up for an issue regarding excess amount paid towards my Utilities during December'24, January'25, February'25 and March'25 Since 5 months. I have shared all the required details and statements of the payments made. I have also shared my tenancy contract, which states that i have to make these payments and they will be adjusted accordingly towards the Utility bill quarterly. Avoid Beton at all costs. This is not just a poorly managed building — it is an actively unsafe and negligent place to live. From the moment I moved in, Beton proved itself completely unfit to manage residential housing. If it were possible to give a rating lower than zero to the Beton management team, I would do it without hesitation. For over two exhausting months, I've been waiting for them to fix a simple dishwasher — a basic necessity — and they’ve failed time and again. Have recently moved in to Beton this week. So far the building is lovely and the team are very helpful. Big thanks to Ali who has been very helpful with answering questions and helping me get set up.
Abdi did such a wonderful job giving us a tour of Beton! He was very knowledgeable and really made us feel comfortable in choosing Beton as our new home! Highly recommend him!
