Since verv-life has acquired the building the maintance of appt has gone downhill, it takes weeks for them to respond to even minor issues. Avoid!
I’ve been living here for two and a half years and I have everything around me on my doorstep. The rent is a little on the pricey side but with all shops and transport options locally giving you a ten minute journey into london Marylebone (from wembley stadium station) or 20 minutes into Baker Street (from the local tube lines) can’t complain as you pay for convenience. Quintain Living is terrible when it comes to maintaining the apartments. You can complain about big faults like broken windows and wait for their guys to show up in 2 months only to say that they will send up and then vanish again for another two months. Extremely unprofessional with no one willing to take responsibility. The concierge owns no responsibility, their office owns no responsibility.
