Ordered baby’s breath heart shaped wreath for my baby’s grave. Got the dregs of their shop, No consultation that they were changing order. £60 after delivery for that? Want a full refund. Will update to their response.

Awful!!!!!. Spent over £100 on Mother’s Day flowers and the bouquet received was awful. The flowers are already wilted after one day despite being in the same room as other bouquets that are not wilted. The flowers look cheap and don’t look professional at all. I ordered from this company a couple of years ago and had the same issues. I thought by now they would have resolved this matter. Disgraceful that they charge ridiculous prices for below average arrangements.

Well, my mammy was over the moon with her flowers. Lovely arrangement and pretty much exactly how I described that I wanted it over the phone to the very accommodating staff. Feedback from base camp is that flowers are still looking and smelling great after three days and there's still some buds yet to open. Well done, happy customers here
