Absolutely superb. Friendly, efficient and as good as their word with "Quicksale"! Dealt with everything quickly and professionally with only minimal requirements from us, especially appreciated as we are based abroad. Cannot recommend QPA enough, without doubt the easiest and friendliest way to sell a property. 10/10, no question.
Based on my personal experience I would advise to avoid like the plague. Promise no nonsense and not like other estate agents, untrue. They offer to pay home report up front, then sneakily add a mark up on this without telling you, say they can take a deposit from buyers but aren't up front that the deposit is actually a "buyers premium" added on top of any offer made via them, so this puts off anyone willing to make an offer as why should they pay to simply make an offer.
