"Quick Lane" is a total farce!! I have ALL my services done at Sunrise. Yet, EVERY time I go to "Quick Lane" I'm told two to three hours and discouraged from waiting by the employees. They urge me to make an appointment. THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE QUICK LANE CONCEPT. Each time I'm told oh we're short handed, etc. That's a company personnel problem. NOT MINE. You might as well take the Quick Lane signs down because it's false advertising!! The service department has SEVERELY declined since I bought my vehicle in 2014.
