Went there with pre approval felt they could care less being in there again thinking about buying another vehicle as I did years back going back is loyalty having it brushed off I feel for this company in 2017 without loyalty you have nothing ......never again if it's all about money to you just wait and see
Yes my "cherry" escape was there yesterday. And I assume since it wAs a comp oil change they didn't wAsh & vacuum my "cherry" escape. Oh well!
Best place to buy a vehicle. Carol Lancaster was our sales person. She was professional, accommodating, and never pushy. She got us a great deal and put us in a great vehicle. Service manager, Ron, is stellar. Fixed the problem the Stuart service people could not. Worth the drive

Came in first thing in the morning for an oil change with no appointment. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Very friendly and courteous.
Still waiting for a Parts manager to call me back about an employee who knows nothing about the Ford products hes selling.
