We dropped our car bright and early to get some lights fixed that had went out. ALLLLLLL day went by and no one couldn’t even have the courtesy to call halfway thru the day to give us the status or an update of the service. Come to close of business day, nothing was done. What makes it worse is they weren’t the least bit sorry or apologetic. Terrible service and terrible common sense in customer service.
our salesman Jeff was fantastic. he found us the perfect vehicle and even worked in 1.9% financing on a 2019 with minimum cash down 👍
Never had a good experience with their service. We had a Ford Explorer that they couldn’t figure out what was the problem and told to get rid of the suv at that point now our car has a recall and they can’t seem to get their stuff together. First time they told me yes they were still doing rentals for it so before heading down I called to set everything up.
