I have to say they have the best prices on used vehicles. But when were almost done signing the papers, nope! we need another 500.00 dollars. wow! They had to take my tag off their vehicle. Everything was done. WTH SUNRISE FORD! lost a sale over 500.00 . And after being there for 4 hours. Poor business and poor customer service. Just sorry about your luck, there's the door.

Service advisor Josh Emery was very kind and accommodating. Will go the extra mile to get your car issues fixed right. Found a Ford dealership that I would entrust my vehicle. Mind you, I have a Ford dealership that is only 2 miles away from me but I choose to travel 20 miles for this dealership is a testament that this is a dealership for me.
We recently had our truck serviced there. The mechanic got grease on the front seat. When we complained, management sent out a driver, picked up the truck and had it fully detailed. Thank you Sunrise Ford for living up to your excellent customer service reputation.

buyers beware, I bought a focus from sunrise, four months of ownership and I need new tires!!! the clutch is shaking 3 weeks after having it replaced and I was told to "drive it harder" no thank you, I want my biggest life investment to last thank you! I will not be back to this dealership and will drive to advantage ford in Stuart for any and all services on my car
