No high pressure sales, like 'some' places. They work with you and make you feel at ease about your prospective purchase. They understand this is a huge expense and they want to make sure you get what you're looking for, and try to stay within your budget. I DID purchase a used car and am very happy. Shea Bryson is the man! He went out of his way to help me with something today before he even knew if I was going to become a client. Shea is one of the good ones and I will be using him as my first option when looking for a new vehicle.
The staff and subsequent customer service were awesome! And the free coffee was amazing. The 5th star was kept back because I don’t think cutting and programming a key should take over 90 minutes. Everything else made that tolerable though! I WOULD go back there again.
