I own a 2013 Ford Focus that is literally the biggest piece of shit on the planet, but my 5 stars goes to josh, the transmission tech. He knows his shit, and is super knowledgeable. If you have transmission issue, as almost all these new fords have, he’s your guy!
I had a great experience buying a new Ford F-150 from Vernon Loyd at Sunrise Ford.
I will never buy vehicle from Sunrise again . We purchased 3 cars from them and i will NEVER make that mistake again. Thought we were getting a good deal but instead total opposite but didn’t realize it till we went to trade it in. Then we find out we were charged more than the car was worth i called Sunrise’s GM to rectify and was reassured it will be made right, but instead i was insulted even more.
I had a scheduled appointment for a work van. It became obvious that scheduling ahead of time means nothing. A complete waist of time. Still have not gotten the work needed to the truck done. Dropped it off in the morning and im told MAYBE BY 5:30 pm !!!! I'm running a business I have multiple vehicles and loose money when the trucks are not on the road. I still had to pay my employee and got no work done. Really !!!
7 hours to find a loose vacuum hose, and I was there before they opened.
Why I give 2 stars is truthfully beyond me...we went in to had a recall done a few months back and today when my son in law went under the hood he found a pile of leaves stacked on air intakes on both sides of the car....my question is how long would it have taken the mechanic to grab a handful and throw them out? Maybe because we are elderly, and the mechanic didn't give a damn ....there are ther dealers and we will try them next time
Outstanding service & great prices! We had help from Mr Bob Oliver & Shea they were awesome! They worked with us & showed us what they had in our interest & price range without hovering over us & trying to “make” us buy a vehicle. I’ll never go to another Ford dealership after purchasing a vehicle here the service & personality’s of these gentlemen was our deal breaker in buying our truck. Thanks so much Sunrise for everything!
