I have been relying on this service center for routine maintenance on my 2024 F350 Super Duty since its purchase. Elijah and Matthew have consistently delivered exceptional service, distinguished by their politeness and understanding. They failed to reset the counter for my oil change. I called to ask if they could tell me how to do it. Because my car is not a ford they don't know how to reset it. I was told that I could bring it back and they would do it. I live over an hour away. Was told it may involve the brake and or the power button. YouTube will walk you through it. 0 rating if that were possible.
Rip off. Don't go here! Save yourself the time and money take your business elsewhere.
