We had a great experience with Tej from Quest estate Agents, who helped us to secure a new rental property. Tej provided a great service, was professional throughout, kept us updated and was easy to contact. The whole experience from first viewing to moving in to my new flat was straightforward and very well explained. Nothing was too much trouble for Tej who has been on the end of emails and the phone when needed. Exceptional service cannot recommend highly enough. Tej was great, arranged very quickly to show me the apartment I was interested in. Was very knowledgeable about the building and details of the apartment. He answered questions at the time and over emails they I thought about after visiting the property. Also showed me around prior to moving me in to allow me to measure up things. The whole renting process went seamlessly. When I had an issue with the heating he responded immediately and provided ideas which led to a quick solution.
