Wonderful and very helpful surgery. Also want to thank the brilliant pharmacist who took her time to explain all my questions about my prescription.
So relieved to had quick follow up to a date health situation today, with staff and doctors directly responding to my call for help, professionally and friendly when the triage system broke down (Thank you for organising Suvanna 🙏🏼)
Prisca is an incredible asset to the practice team. I had been incredibly frustrated with a few things that had happened recently and when I explained the situation, she was understanding and able to calmly and professionally explain how things had ended up where we were. She was patient and understanding and helped me fix my phone having marked all the practice messages as spam.
If I could give this practice zero stars I would. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to speak a real life person. No one has explained to me my test results from back in November and due to this was sent for the wrong tests. When trying to contact the practice all I receive is non replyable text messages. And as a result I am now having to pay for private services, which are increasingly costly, which did not need to happen if it was possible to speak to a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous.
