I have been a patient with this surgery since i was a very small child. I have always received excellent service from the doctors and nurses and am extremely happy to now be bringing my daughter here for the foreseeable. The only issue I have, is that they have unfortunately employed a very rude, abrupt and ignorant receptionist. This man, whose name I unfortunately do not know (wouldn’t hesitate to state if I knew it) has no regard for his attitude and manor towards those who he speaks to. Many thanks to Dr. Charlotte Hamlyn for taking my pain seriously, referring me to hospital and doing her best to help. After tests, it was confirmed as a disc dislocation and surgery is needed, but I finally feel I’m on the right path to relief.
had a mostly positive experience the 10+ years i've been with queenswood. their blood test process is extremely convenient and i wish that i had asked for the nurse's name who did mine earlier this year because as someone who used to be terrified of needles until that time, i couldn't speak more highly of that experience. reassuring, kind, and very skilled at her job. the only downside is how long it can take to get an appointment sometimes but that's just how things are in general really; in an ideal world it would be easie... read more
