The lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely, kind, patient and helpful, didn't make me feel rushed
Everything is handled by the automated system and it's very hard to actually schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Staff isn't helpful at all when you call.
I have been a patient with this surgery since i was a very small child. I have always received excellent service from the doctors and nurses and am extremely happy to now be bringing my daughter here for the foreseeable. The only issue I have, is that they have unfortunately employed a very rude, abrupt and ignorant receptionist. This man, whose name I unfortunately do not know (wouldn’t hesitate to state if I knew it) has no regard for his attitude and manor towards those who he speaks to. Many thanks to Dr. Charlotte Hamlyn for taking my pain seriously, referring me to hospital and doing her best to help. After tests, it was confirmed as a disc dislocation and surgery is needed, but I finally feel I’m on the right path to relief.
