Can't be trusted and don't bother helping when you contact them and leave messages. Goes ignored! If you don't understand the work they give you they'll kick you off the group sessions. Numerous patients have issues with this place; it's an embarrassment. All the good workers there have ended up leaving. Don't mention anything personal to Scott Ayres most useless manager ever. They leave you ignored for months before sending letters out etc started off good there and by the end of it they've made my mental health even worse!... read more

The woman I saw at STT IN Queensway, Milton Keynes was a complete fraud and lied to me (and to her manager - at that time before her manager retired) for about 2 years and I'd been making slow positive progress on my own up until seeing her and finished up wishing I was dead after seeing her. The last day I saw her, as she turned her back towards me and began walking away, she said to me, "hum, what you need to do is cry". That was her professional advice to me!
