Very sad to get to this point but our encounter with Queensbury Van Hire was deeply disappointing and utterly unprofessional. Initially, we rented a long-wheelbase van that reeked of fuel, and when replaced, the substitute had a bald tire, raising serious safety concerns. Despite being solely responsible for the issues, they inconvenienced us with multiple trips (having to change the van twice) to the depot for exchanges, disregarding the safety and legality of the situation.
