It’s great if you’re a retired or elderly, or if have an acute illness but if you have something non urgent and you work, trying to get an appointment is like trying to get concert tickets. You have to take a whole morning off, get on the phone at 8am on the dot, sit on the phone for at least 50mins, just to get someone to ring you back, and let you see a GP. I had to have my blood pressure checked this morning and I suffer from White Coat Syndrome .The lovely lady who did the test made me feel so much at ease ! Sorry I don’t know her name but she is a treasure. X
I have been with the practice for 37 years. Without their care and attention to detail neither my husband nor myself would be here to write a review. I could complain about the appointment system but I have never failed to see a doctor (when I eventually get through).
