Utter nonsense surgery. My experience with Queen Road Surgery, Shotley Bridge, has been beyond disappointing. My files were never transferred correctly, and because of this, the Doctor has actually implied that I’m making up having PTSD, just because they can’t be bothered to get my records straight. What’s the excuse for such poor care? You expect compassion and basic competence from your GP, not to have your condition questioned because they can’t organise paperwork. Absolutely shocking service.
Queens road surgery is a fab doctors office. With great caring staff, a clean well lit environment and it’s really big so can cater to everyone! You get prescriptions within the week. Decent size car park and there’s a hospital car park next to the main drs car park if there’s no room in there! Would always recommend queens road surgery to anyone looking to change drs.
