Rude receptionist, drs here make you feel rushed and don’t really listen to you. Have moved GPs and queens yet to send over all my records
A phone consult. Spoke to a very unprofessional doctor (unprepared, uninformed, zero will or interest to help or research a topic/self-educate that he should be very much familiar with, in his profession). Felt more like speaking to a bored office clerk than a medical professional.
ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES... My partner has been waiting over 7 months in agony for his ingrowing toenails/pincers to be removed..after seeing the GP 3 times regarding the same problem and being passed here and there he still remains in agony..I think Dr Debas has given up with his duty of care and someone new should take over the whole surgery.
I would like to thank Dr Khandoker and the Reception team at the Queen Park Surgery in Billericay. I was able to get an appointment quickly and seen by Dr Khandoker who was very thorough regarding my recently diagnosed condition (getting the prescribed drugs & equipment was critical). Dr Khandoker took prompt action and together with the care and great support from the Reception team, I feel very luck to be a patient at this practice.
