Awful place and a genuine disgrace to the NHS. Willful inaction that puts the lives of their patients in danger and zero empathy to any situation. If you're with this surgery, pray to every God you know that you don't need urgent help. Zero stars would be too much for this place.
Serious risk to health!! Multiple ignored messages, multiple ignored symptoms. Classic gas lighting from more than 1 GP. Turns out my symptoms were not ‘in my head’ and have now been diagnosed with a serious illness.
This is for Dr Laura McGregor specifically, if I got your name right. Thank you for referring me to rheumatology. I have now been diagnosed with Takayasu Arteritis and am on the best treatment. I have suffered since 2018 until you found me. X
Absolute clowns , place is a circus! If you’ve got a problem no matter how big or small you’ll be getting sent to A&E so do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time calling them it would be quicker going down A&E . You would have gone down there and been seen quicker than it takes them to answer a call … totally dreadful !!
Excellent service from start to finish.. I used the NHS app to book blood tests and a general health assessment. Appointment was confirmed and appointment attended. The nurse was excellent and very informative. Test results and follow up letter received within 24 hours, accessed via the NHS Patches platform. Prompt, professional service 👏
