A horrible day was made more bearable by the wonderful staff. They were kind, friendly & efficient. They treated me with care & respect & I appreciated it very much

It is a terrifying experience but I felt well looked after, informed and listened to throughout the whole process, from meeting my neurosurgeon to heading home in a taxi after the procedure. The care was great.
I very much appreciated the advance telephone calls to check for a suitable date and to make sure that I understood the procedure, possible side effects and risks. It was particularly helpful not to travel into London for this. A 7am start on the day was a bit of a shock but everything went smoothly and we were able to go home at 2pm.
