AVOID IF POSSIBLE! this practice isn’t professional or respectful towards their customers. Went in for a check up today and was sitting in the waiting room whilst the receptionist’s were laughing at someone’s weight as they was walking out. Very unprofessional! A complaint is being made!
I have been a patient at Queen’s Square Dental Practice for over 20 years. Julia and then Jamie were both outstanding dentists and I was always very happy with their care. Sadly, my recent experiences have been very different. Four months ago, my daughter attended for extractions. We were given no advice about eating beforehand, so the procedure could not go ahead as planned. Horrible experience - I kept telling the dentist that what she was doing was hurting, but she insisted that there was either no pain or it was little - it was anything but little. When attempting the X-Rays she was getting very irritated that I was gagging on it (I warned her beforehand that I have a sensitive gag reflex) and insisted that it was only a small amount of pain as she stabbed the sharp filament into the bottom of my mouth .
