Useless and the worse estate agent i have come across! Not surprised with these low reviews of 3.1! My previous estate agents were heaven in comparison. I wish the property owner did not change to these lot! They got things done quick, efficiently & without being judgmental! I loved them. Stay away from these lot though. I would like to share my experience about them. Before viewing the property at Boleyn Close, we followed the agent’s standard protocol by submitting all the required information. We were told that if our details met the criteria and the landlord agreed, we would be offered a viewing. Once we were invited, we viewed the property, liked it very much, and immediately informed the agent of our strong interest. Worst agency ever, don’t recommend to anyone. Extremely rude, old people who wouldn’t find jobs anywhere else behaving extremely unprofessional. I have been renting with them for 3 years, never missed a payment or being late. I have told them that I am moving out 3 days after I paid rent, I told them I don’t mind to pay the extra 3 days therefore giving the one month advice, they want to force me to pay another month rent, I don’t know how would anyone feel, giving one month notice and paying for two because they don’t have ... read more
