Appalling. As an owner of a property under Qube’s Management for 4+ years these guys are poor. This sentiment is shared across ownership in my building. Service charge has doubled since I bought the property; no lift for over 3 months so elderly couldn’t access their homes; told to buy bottled water when Qube refused to send a plummer on a long weekend when the building’s water went.
