My dad had an appointment today what they arranged, he thought it was the drs building, spent 5 mins waiting in the queue in the drs reception for them to tell him its the other way around the building. He arrived 5 minutes late, said he was happy to wait however long, they said no and sent him away. Hes a pensioner who rode 4 miles with hip replacements, temporal arteritis, blood clots in his legs in the rain, disgusting people should be ashamed of themselves. DIABOLICAL DISGRACES
