Absolutely do NOT use Quantum. I started the process of three mortgages with them on the basis that they were fast and could deal with non-vanilla mortgages (in my case short lease). So far case one they took so long that the valuation expired. That is 6 months. The case stopped in the final week of legals meaning I also had to pay the full legal fees. Case two they issued in the wrong name. 8 weeks have passed and they have not been able to issue it correctly. The valuation is about to expire on that too. So that is a load ... read more

Placed a tricky BTL mortgage with a tiny lease with these guys and the process was incredibly smooth, super quick updates and very efficient! I can't thank Harsha, Kate and Amy enough for dealing with it so well!
