Ticked every solicitor stereotype – slow, unresponsive, vague, and only moved when chased. The only positive is we moved in on the stated date, but they didn’t make it easy. We saw the bad reviews so contacted the Worcester branch with better feedback, but got passed to this lot instead. I've dealt with this company for nearly 20 years, referring all my clients there, plus friends and relatives. However in the last 6 months they have become the most arrogant and ignorant company I've ever dealt with. Our sale had 3 in the chain and you'd think a relatively quick sale, no, it took 17 weeks. Beyond me why. Communication took 2 weeks turnaround. Will not use again. I did fill out your complaints procedure but no further response.
