What a stressful experience! James and his cohorts say all the right things, but after us paying him thousands we were left with the guttering leaking worse (in 3 places now, instead of 1) than before we engaged him. After coming back to fix it - it is still leaking badly. It has been many months of this and now he no longer answers my calls, texts or emails - seemingly happy to take our money and leave us with a waterfall pouring down the side of the property. !!! TERRIBLE !!! Out of respect, I won’t name any individuals, but this company is nothing short of a nightmare! They left us in a worse state than we began, all while pocketing thousands. The work they did was sloppy, careless, and riddled with mistakes—nothing but a quick, shoddy job from people who clearly have no clue what they’re doing. We feel outright conned. It is not quality roofers at all. Very poor quality. A lot of talking but not prepared to fix the problems which they were paid for. Time wasting.
Roof is leaking five month after the work complete. James didn't even found time to come and check for the reason but dismissed it on quolity of original tiles that used for reroofing. We live in conservation area, and same tile were used to reroof the front of the house 5 years ago - not a drop. Gutter at the back on the house is hanging on two brackets and about to snap. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
