I have had good experiences with multiple providers here since I moved from out of state. Today, wait time was good. Audrey was the nurse for my appointment and she was great! She was so pleasant, explained things perfectly, and was knowledgeable.
Catherine Tracht is truly the best! She is understanding, nonjudgmental and is extremely intelligent! She will do everything she can to give you answers, you can definitely tell she is passionate about what she does Unfortunately have to update this. This office has been a nightmare! Repeatedly botched messages, failures to respond (at all) to required script renewals or coordination of care or with other doctors, and total lack of regard for any reasonable communication when you call to find out what is going on after waiting for days. Even the simplest things are impossible! They also have excessive demands for repeat appointments without any valid need. I had a good experience here. Due to some technical glitch, my insurance company didn't receive the med's initial authorization and had lots of trouble receiving my med, but the Dr Malik specially his assistant Sinthia followed up diligently and tried her best to resolve the issue.
