There's nothing "quality" about this practice. Never saw an actual Dr. once in my time as a patient. Failed to continue providing hypertension medication because i refused to come in and pay their office $150 for a 10-15 minute conversation when i confirm over the phone medicationhas been working just fine. Recommend seeking primary care elsewhere.
This place should really be named "Low Quality Primary Care Associates." It's an incredibly disorganized practice with strange policies. I was told it would be $40 to have the physician sign a simple form required by my daughter's preschool just to verify medical facts and history. Additionally, I went in for blood work and was fasting. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour, but nobody called me.
