Absolutely delighted with the service by Richard from Quality Carpets & Flooring in Llandaff. We had been let down by another supplier and were frantically calling local businesses to see if they could supply and deliver our Karndean flooring within a tight timeframe. Richard was so responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to get everything to us in time for our fitter. Customer Service at it's best.
