I have used Quality Appliance Service for the last 10 years. There have been about ten times I've needed them. The technicians show up when they promise and they are very knowledgeable over a wide array of appliances. Mike and Adam impress me every time. They are friendly and incredibly "service" oriented. Because of the great service they have provided, I have recommended Quality Appliance Service to many of my close friends.
Dave not only fixed my dishwasher, he also gave me tips on dishwasher care and maintenance to help prevent the problem from recurring. Plus, he has a positive demeanor. My husband and I are very pleased with Dave's service.
Dave came out and repaired my refrigerator. The ice maker line was frozen. He is very professional and personable. He gave me great tips for maintaining my appliances. Dave is great.

James came out to our home today and was able to repair our dishwasher properly. He was very polite and helpful in answering all of our questions and would definitely call Quality Appliance with any future needs!
We had a problem with our dishwasher and James from Quality Appliance Service came out. He was dressed professionally and was very knowledgeable about our appliance. He fixed the problem while explaining why the problem had arisen. He cleaned up the area where he was working and gave us some tips on how to keep our appliances in good working order. I highly recommend James and his company for any work needed on appliances.
James showed up at my Home, assessed the situation and took care of everything quickly cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant very positive experience.
James came out to our home today and repaired our Samsung refrigerator. He was very friendly, courteous, and neat. Highly recommend James and Quality appliance!
