The ice maker in our decade-old Frigidaire refrigerator gave up the ghost last week, so I called the service number on the label inside. Frigidaire recommended QAS as a local company. I set up a service call, and James arrived on time with a replacement ice maker. He swapped out the unit in a few minutes and now we're back in the ice making business! Thanks a lot, QAS!! :-)
James came to fix an issue with my washing machine. Unfortunately, LG must have planned obsolescence, for the needed part was discontinued and if available, too expensive. James was quite honest in explaining all of this to me.
James repaired our ice machine today, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after himself, called beforehand arrived on time. Friendly,knowledgeable. Excellent service, would recommend James and Quality Appliance.

I have used Quality Appliance Service for the last 10 years. There have been about ten times I've needed them. The technicians show up when they promise and they are very knowledgeable over a wide array of appliances. Mike and Adam impress me every time. They are friendly and incredibly "service" oriented. Because of the great service they have provided, I have recommended Quality Appliance Service to many of my close friends.
Dave not only fixed my dishwasher, he also gave me tips on dishwasher care and maintenance to help prevent the problem from recurring. Plus, he has a positive demeanor. My husband and I are very pleased with Dave's service.
Dave came out and repaired my refrigerator. The ice maker line was frozen. He is very professional and personable. He gave me great tips for maintaining my appliances. Dave is great.
