Dave was awesome! Cordial, thorough, informative, and punctual. Replaced our oven starter, identified a warranty issue with our in-indoor ice maker, and advised us on our dishwasher's push buttons not being water proof. We've requested Dave for the repair of the ice maker. We really appreciate and highly recommend Dave and Quality Appliance Service!
Erwin was out initially to diagnosis my warranty problem. He identified the issue within minutes and within less than a week he was calling me to replace the part that was needed. Erwin came this morning and he was so pleasant and efficient and explained in plain terms and before I knew it, the repair was done and he was gone. The company and employee was above excellent.
Dave responded to our service request and in a short time our our refrigerator's ice maker was diagnosed defective and replaced. Dave was very professional and respectful. Thank you
