I am thoroughly disappointed in Quality Appliance. They installed a new gasket for the seal on my Electrolux refrigerator. The seal was a little droopy but thought that was to be expected. The seal has now come completely out and it is evident that they never bothered to clean the manufacturers plastic away from the groove. Leaving it all bunched up and stuck in the spot where the gasket should have been fully installed. You can clearly see that it was not properly installed in the first place. We recently had an issue with our Samsung refrigerator. We could not have been more pleased with the level of service we received from James Baxter!!! He quickly found the problem and fully explained all that was needed. In addition, he also gave us pointers on maintenance care we could do. Geoff and I owned a business for 32 years, Quality Appliance...... he is an excellent representative for your company! Blessings!

Dave was awesome! Cordial, thorough, informative, and punctual. Replaced our oven starter, identified a warranty issue with our in-indoor ice maker, and advised us on our dishwasher's push buttons not being water proof. We've requested Dave for the repair of the ice maker. We really appreciate and highly recommend Dave and Quality Appliance Service!
I would like to say that my whole experience with this company was great. Sue was very friendly and professional. She has wonderful customer service skills. And Christina was a very bright young lady that was absolutely wonderful to work with. she came out to my apartment to work on my stove and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Erwin was out initially to diagnosis my warranty problem. He identified the issue within minutes and within less than a week he was calling me to replace the part that was needed. Erwin came this morning and he was so pleasant and efficient and explained in plain terms and before I knew it, the repair was done and he was gone. The company and employee was above excellent.
Dave responded to our service request and in a short time our our refrigerator's ice maker was diagnosed defective and replaced. Dave was very professional and respectful. Thank you
