STILL WITHOUT A WASHING MACHINE Don't believe the time frames they give you. We called the company we purchased our washer through on 07/19/12 and they schedule Quality Appliance to come out on 07/23/12. When they came out on 07/23/12, they told us 2 - 5 days for the part. They called on 07/27/12 and told us that they would be out on 07/30/12 that the part was in. They would call on 07/30/12 between 8am - 9am to schedule a time frame. Looks like they are out of business and I'm stuck with a repair job that is faulty and can't get hold of anyone. Their email address bounces back and their number directs you to email them ! Hopeless !
This guy was sending very rude and unprofessional messages to me. Very disgusted in how unprofessional and degrading he was. Be careful

This was our first time using Quality Appliance Service. We contacted the company because we had multiple LED lights in both our fridge and freezer that were not working. The day of the service, the tech called to let us know when he would be coming. He was both very professional and thorough with the job. We highly recommend this company as we had a very positive experience. Thank you.

I had an issue with the freezer box staying open. The company sent in one of their best - Dave Marsh. It took him no time to identify the issue which was the door alignment. He even corrected the fridge level to adjust the floor slope. Thank you for sending a great tech.

This was our third time using Quality Appliance repair. David has been out to fix our dryer, fridge and now washer. He always calls ahead, is prompt and gets our appliances back in working order quickly.
