This was our first time using Quality Appliance Service. We contacted the company because we had multiple LED lights in both our fridge and freezer that were not working. The day of the service, the tech called to let us know when he would be coming. He was both very professional and thorough with the job. I had an issue with the freezer box staying open. The company sent in one of their best - Dave Marsh. It took him no time to identify the issue which was the door alignment. He even corrected the fridge level to adjust the floor slope. Thank you for sending a great tech.
