James knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. It was fixed in about twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the service.
We were having trouble with new LG refrigerator making ice and with Lowes help Quality Appliance sent Dave out and he told us what the problem was running the water through an osmosis system. Not enough pressure to force it up the door, so it was freezing in the door. We undid the osmosis system and connected straight in and once he unthawed the line in the door we were in business. He took the time to explain and show us how he did it. Happy now!!!!
Have utilized their services for Viking and Samsung appliances. The last visit was re: my Samsung washing machine. Their tech, James, was a pleasure to work with. He’s a keeper! I recommend this company!,,

I had a problem with my Samsung dryer. Quality Appliance sent Dave to fix it. It took him about 2 minutes. Also was very informative about the different settings on a fairly complicated appliance. And told me how to clean the interior of my washing machine! Really appreciate the great service.

highly recommend! James was my technical and he was prompt and professional! Quickly diagnosed and repaired my dishwasher after another company had dismissed the issue without even looking!
I called Lowes to schedule service on my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. They sent James out to diagnose and repair the issue. He is very personable and saw immediately what the problem was (also tightened the handle up which I hadn't even noticed). Had a new ice maker installed in no time and also did me the favor of installing the filter I had purchased the other day.
