I was in a terrible bind with my fridge breaking down right before guests were to arrive. James saved the day by diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts right away and coming back today to repair the problem. This is customer service to the max and Quality Appliance will always be my first call.
James did a great job! Showed up on time, was fast, helpful and friendly!
Dave has been a life saver! I've got a Samsung frig that has had many problems covered under warranty. Dave has been extremely patient, prompt and courteous. He always knows what the problem is and how to fix it. I would recommend Dave at Quality Appliance to anyone who wants excellent work done on their appliances.
James, a certified Technician for your company, has been in our home several times to repair our fridge. He not only does a through job, but he is always so nice, with a sense of humor, and it's the only tech we will ask for in the future. This review is James the service tech that came to do my refrigerator repair. The service was awesome. James was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and James to anyone.
James knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. It was fixed in about twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier with the service.
We were having trouble with new LG refrigerator making ice and with Lowes help Quality Appliance sent Dave out and he told us what the problem was running the water through an osmosis system. Not enough pressure to force it up the door, so it was freezing in the door. We undid the osmosis system and connected straight in and once he unthawed the line in the door we were in business. He took the time to explain and show us how he did it. Happy now!!!!
Have utilized their services for Viking and Samsung appliances. The last visit was re: my Samsung washing machine. Their tech, James, was a pleasure to work with. He’s a keeper! I recommend this company!,,
