Good service on ice maker repair, great explanations on all aspects of work and helpful hints about my product, along with pleasant attitude mixed with humor from James.
The ice maker in our decade-old Frigidaire refrigerator gave up the ghost last week, so I called the service number on the label inside. Frigidaire recommended QAS as a local company. I set up a service call, and James arrived on time with a replacement ice maker. He swapped out the unit in a few minutes and now we're back in the ice making business! Thanks a lot, QAS!! :-)
James came to fix an issue with my washing machine. Unfortunately, LG must have planned obsolescence, for the needed part was discontinued and if available, too expensive. James was quite honest in explaining all of this to me.
James repaired our ice machine today, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after himself, called beforehand arrived on time. Friendly,knowledgeable. Excellent service, would recommend James and Quality Appliance.
