This company was assigned to us as the warranty repair for our range hood. Ronnie, the serviceman came to replace the module. The first time he came, he said the module was not needed because the outside vent was missing the damper. So we have the dapper added. 2nd time he came, he cannot do it because the cover is attached to the wall too tight.
