I had a problem with my Samsung dryer. Quality Appliance sent Dave to fix it. It took him about 2 minutes. Also was very informative about the different settings on a fairly complicated appliance. And told me how to clean the interior of my washing machine! Really appreciate the great service.

Called lowes to get a warranty issue on my frigidaire refrigerator. They sent Quality Appliance Service to check the problem of rust on the metal back of the refrigerator. Technician Dave said the issue was a manufacturer problem and he ordered a kit from the manufacturer. The kit arrived in a couple of days and I called QAS to have Dave return to install it. The Refrigerator always worked great, but after Dave installed the kit and an ice box gasket kit, the ice maker no longer worked. When I called back to ask them to retu... read more
highly recommend! James was my technical and he was prompt and professional! Quickly diagnosed and repaired my dishwasher after another company had dismissed the issue without even looking!
I called Lowes to schedule service on my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. They sent James out to diagnose and repair the issue. He is very personable and saw immediately what the problem was (also tightened the handle up which I hadn't even noticed). Had a new ice maker installed in no time and also did me the favor of installing the filter I had purchased the other day. Quality Appliance Service has gone out of there way to get a fridge of ours up and running. Adam in service is the best because he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. Tami has been a shoulder to cry on. In fact anyone I have spoken to has been awesome.
I called Lowes because I have a warranty with them for my GE oven. I needed it repaired so that I could bake my sister's wedding cake. The day before (late in the day) they left a voicemail stating that Quality Appliance Service didn't service GE ovens. I called Quality Appliance Service and got Tammy who advised me of what may be wrong with my oven. I googled what she said and now my oven is fixed and the cake is cooling.
