Quality Appliance Service has gone out of there way to get a fridge of ours up and running. Adam in service is the best because he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. Tami has been a shoulder to cry on. In fact anyone I have spoken to has been awesome.
I called Lowes because I have a warranty with them for my GE oven. I needed it repaired so that I could bake my sister's wedding cake. The day before (late in the day) they left a voicemail stating that Quality Appliance Service didn't service GE ovens. I called Quality Appliance Service and got Tammy who advised me of what may be wrong with my oven. I googled what she said and now my oven is fixed and the cake is cooling. I am very happy with the service I received. James arrived at my house on time for the estimate on my dryer last week. Today he installed the new part in no time at all. James is very professional and friendly.
A totally exceptional experience with this company. serviced my samsung refrigerator problem without having to replace a suspected faulty part. Serviced my clothes drier efficiently.. Kudos to James B. for outstanding service.
Starting week 6 with no freezer....failed repair attempts due to the tech's not having either the correct or useable parts. ZERO communication or customer service from the manager/owner. Nothing has been done to expedite the process, I am just dumbfounded at the incompetence. I will never use them again.

After weeks of going back and forth with Samsung (recall issue) we finally got our washer fixed. Ron McConnell provided excellent repair service for our refrigerator freezer. Scheduling was easy and service was prompt. Service and Ron both receive 5 stars out of 5!!
