Quality 1 is #1 Quality 1 is Number one! My experience from the time I called to make an appointment to the next evening when my car was ready as promised was one of excellence in service! Quality 1 arranged for a $10 per day rental car and I was on my way within 10 minutes. My car drives like it is brand new and was washed and looks new too! I was referred to Quality 1 Auto Service by a family member that has used them in many occasions, after taking my car there for a second opinion, I was happy with the information and diagnostic they gave me on my car. Thanks Steve ! I want to say thanks with the exceptional customer service help that you have at Quality 1 Auto Service. Steve was very considerate and sincere with me in addressing the work that had to be done to my F-150 truck. I had a budget and Steve identified and appropriately prioritized what needed to be repaired. He explained why and how each repair concern could maximize the safe use and integrity of my truck.
