Simple Fix Kept Simple ! I had a brake light on and knew it could be something simple, or it could be more involved. The early drop-off process worked well and I was happy to get the call to find out a little brake fluid was all I needed. Jason was friendly, straight-forward, and arranged for a little extra work on the headlights too that I requested. Quality 1 is #1 Quality 1 is Number one! My experience from the time I called to make an appointment to the next evening when my car was ready as promised was one of excellence in service! Quality 1 arranged for a $10 per day rental car and I was on my way within 10 minutes. My car drives like it is brand new and was washed and looks new too! Quality 1 Auto delivered when it counted Quality 1 Auto delivered when it comes to Customer Service. We're out of town-ers who needed their car to get home. Quality 1 Auto made arrangements for a technician (thank you Pedro!) to come to work on a non-working Saturday to have our car repaired so that we could get home. Thank you Quality 1!!! Truly World Class/ The Best I have lived in many cities across this great country and have been a customer at many auto repair shops. I have NEVER received customer service that comes anywhere near the level that Quality 1 Auto Service delivers. Great Customer Service, Audi repair/service Great customer service, great follow-up. Brought my Audi in for the first time and had a great experience. Just got a follow-up call to make sure everything is good. Quite a surprise, never got called back by the Audi dealership!. Bringing my wife's Mercedes Benz in,in a few weeks.
