Professional, Honest, Fair Priced Staff at Quality 1 were great, very professional, honest, fair prices and all information upfront and explained. Facilities very clean, waiting area provides gourmet coffee (your choice of flavor), WiFi and news. All work efficient and very well done, even threw in a car wash. Quality 1 is #1 Quality 1 is Number one! My experience from the time I called to make an appointment to the next evening when my car was ready as promised was one of excellence in service! Quality 1 arranged for a $10 per day rental car and I was on my way within 10 minutes. My car drives like it is brand new and was washed and looks new too! 328,000 miles and still going Scott at Quality 1 has been caring for my '91 Toyota Previa (328,000 miles), my '97 Previa (92,000 miles), my '85 Honda CRX (353,000 miles) and my '97 Nissan pickup (122,000 miles) since 1999. Audi A8 and VW Jetta Service/Repair Temecula I have had Quality 1 Auto Service perform service and some repairs on both my Audi A8 and my Volkswagen Jetta. They do a great job and have wonderful customer service and follow up. I have never been treated this good at a repair shop. Best it Temecula / Murrieta, by far!!!!
Quality 1 Auto delivered when it counted Quality 1 Auto delivered when it comes to Customer Service. We're out of town-ers who needed their car to get home. Quality 1 Auto made arrangements for a technician (thank you Pedro!) to come to work on a non-working Saturday to have our car repaired so that we could get home. Thank you Quality 1!!!
