Truly World Class/ The Best I have lived in many cities across this great country and have been a customer at many auto repair shops. I have NEVER received customer service that comes anywhere near the level that Quality 1 Auto Service delivers. I hope this is the last city that I have to live in and I will be a customer of Quality 1 Auto Service until they say I can't drive anymore.
Great Customer Service, Audi repair/service Great customer service, great follow-up. Brought my Audi in for the first time and had a great experience. Just got a follow-up call to make sure everything is good. Quite a surprise, never got called back by the Audi dealership!. Bringing my wife's Mercedes Benz in,in a few weeks. Great place to do business with.
Glad I found this shop I was referred to Quality 1 by a neighbor that has been going to them for years. He had referred me to them earlier but I was always leery of bringing my BMW to anyone but the dealership. But I am also very tired of paying dealership prices.. Steve took great care of me and explained exactly what I needed and the repair was performed perfectly. Mest Service Ever, Mercedes Benz E320 I had a wiring problem in my Mercedes E320 and after 2 other shops charged me to fix it and didn't actually fit it, I brought it to Quality 1 Auto Service based on an internet search for Mercedes Benz Service and Repair. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Audi A8 and VW Jetta Service/Repair Temecula I have had Quality 1 Auto Service perform service and some repairs on both my Audi A8 and my Volkswagen Jetta. They do a great job and have wonderful customer service and follow up. I have never been treated this good at a repair shop. Best it Temecula / Murrieta, by far!!!!
The most affordable Audi/auto repair in Temecula I brought my Audi in for an air conditioning repair to Quality 1 Auto Service in Temecula. They where so honest and much more affordable then the Volkswagen dealership in Murrieta. They did an Air Conditioning service on my Audi and no more repair was needed. 328,000 miles and still going Scott at Quality 1 has been caring for my '91 Toyota Previa (328,000 miles), my '97 Previa (92,000 miles), my '85 Honda CRX (353,000 miles) and my '97 Nissan pickup (122,000 miles) since 1999. Great Service I cannot get over the amazing customer service that your company provides! I have never heard of an auto shop providing a rental car for a customer because the shuttle service was occupied! Then to get my car washed on top of it! I love the fact that you guys are partnering up with Toys for Tots for the holiday season. That says a lot about the kind of people that you are.
