Glad I found this shop I was referred to Quality 1 by a neighbor that has been going to them for years. He had referred me to them earlier but I was always leery of bringing my BMW to anyone but the dealership. But I am also very tired of paying dealership prices.. Great Service I cannot get over the amazing customer service that your company provides! I have never heard of an auto shop providing a rental car for a customer because the shuttle service was occupied! Then to get my car washed on top of it! I love the fact that you guys are partnering up with Toys for Tots for the holiday season. That says a lot about the kind of people that you are. Quality 1 Auto delivered when it counted Quality 1 Auto delivered when it comes to Customer Service. We're out of town-ers who needed their car to get home. Quality 1 Auto made arrangements for a technician (thank you Pedro!) to come to work on a non-working Saturday to have our car repaired so that we could get home. Thank you Quality 1!!! Professional, Honest, Fair Priced Staff at Quality 1 were great, very professional, honest, fair prices and all information upfront and explained. Facilities very clean, waiting area provides gourmet coffee (your choice of flavor), WiFi and news. All work efficient and very well done, even threw in a car wash.
