Professional, Honest, Fair Priced Staff at Quality 1 were great, very professional, honest, fair prices and all information upfront and explained. Facilities very clean, waiting area provides gourmet coffee (your choice of flavor), WiFi and news. All work efficient and very well done, even threw in a car wash. Very happy and pleased with the work on my Lexus and sevice at Quality 1. Wouldn't hesitate to return or refer others. GS

The most affordable Audi/auto repair in Temecula I brought my Audi in for an air conditioning repair to Quality 1 Auto Service in Temecula. They where so honest and much more affordable then the Volkswagen dealership in Murrieta. They did an Air Conditioning service on my Audi and no more repair was needed. I'm sure the Volkswagen dealership in Murrieta would have found something else that "needed repair" I also have a BMW and a Volkswagen, both of those vehicles will be going to Quality 1 Auto Service when they need service... read more
328,000 miles and still going Scott at Quality 1 has been caring for my '91 Toyota Previa (328,000 miles), my '97 Previa (92,000 miles), my '85 Honda CRX (353,000 miles) and my '97 Nissan pickup (122,000 miles) since 1999. Steve was very considerate and sincere with me in addressing the work that had to be done to my F-150 truck. I had a budget and Steve identified and appropriately prioritized what needed to be repaired. He explained why and how each repair concern could maximize the safe use and integrity of my truck. With todayâs dollar thinning I still received a million dollars worth of customer service. Thanks Steve.
Audi A8 and VW Jetta Service/Repair Temecula I have had Quality 1 Auto Service perform service and some repairs on both my Audi A8 and my Volkswagen Jetta. They do a great job and have wonderful customer service and follow up. I have never been treated this good at a repair shop. Best it Temecula / Murrieta, by far!!!!
