This company replaced our ridges with a dry ridge system and it was obvious from the onset that they were lacking in competence, when they'd finished, visually the new ridges looked like a botch job and we later found that the previously good roof now had a leak. They made 3 or 4 attempts to patch it up to stop the leak which failed and then the down rides began to physically slide. When I contacted them again, Nathan Welch claimed it was no longer his responsibility because he'd left the company (Roof Guardian at the time).... read more
