I was avoiding hiring a company that changes their price and unfortunately that’s what I got with QTC Bruce and Angel. They claimed they have worked Rancho Cucamonga and familiar with permits however once I signed they added $5000 for French drain and less than 24 hours later $8000 for harder work because there were boulders. Keep in mind they did come out to the property twice. I had to follow up with Bryce several times to get a quote, finally it was done but I had to make sure it will be with permits. Fantastic, very professional. Working with QTC was a breeze after throwing some ideas back and forth Sebastian came up with the beautiful yard as you can see.
