Terrible service. First order was for a shower mixer, shower, bath panel and matching taps - all apparently in stock. Only to get an email the next day saying the shower mixer would be over a month to be delivered, so we cancelled and reordered a bath panel and shower so we could source the taps and mixer elsewhere. The bath panel arrived damaged, I emailed straight away on 24/6 and was assured they’d send a replacement asap and collect the damaged panel. Purchased a Jaquar sink. Attempted a refund as it was too big. Told it was a 'special item', which by the way I wasn't informed of at the outset. Store owner Usama, refused refund. Attempted to negotiate with the 'reputable' Jaquar Company....nothing. Definitely would not go back to this place. Clearly Jaquar not as reputable as they make out. Wouldn't waste your time with these cowboys.

We had a missing part but Muzammil sorted it out for us really quickly, and the missing part arrived around 1.5 weeks later. Would order from them again.

I’m honestly disgusted with my experience with QS Supplies. I ordered three specific flush plates. They delivered only two, and neither was correct. Mistakes happen, but what followed has been completely unacceptable. After arranging the return (which they agreed to), I sent the incorrect items back, they were collected and received at their warehouse weeks ago.
