Really impressed with QS supplies. Faulty kitchen tap was replaced within days. DPD delivered next day. Excellent service from Seerat who was prompt, efficient and professional throughout. A real asset to the business. Can not recommend enough.
Excellent and prompt service at best price - I was concerned having read some other reviews - but absolutely no problem, good communication and lovely delivery men. I rarely post but felt - having almost gone elsewhere and paid extra - it was worth me posting my comments.
Scam company - please beware! Really disappointed with the service from QS Supplies. We ordered a £420 chrome mixer tap - when our bathroom fitter opened the package the chrome was all chipped and damaged. What we would have thought have been a simple resolution (i.e. sending a new tap!) - the message from them was simple - "tough luck". Despite talking to them on the phone and escalating our complaint to a manager the message was the same - simply couldn't believe it! We thought, is this even legal?! This company was happy to take an order with an extra charge for delivery. Once payment had been received they then requested a further 222% of the original delivery charge. Avoid at all costs
